Soak pulses/rice in water for around half an hour before
cooking to save on gas consumption.
Use dry utensils to put on burner, time & gas used to
evaporate water can be saved.
Keep all the raw items ready near the gas stove to save
on the cooking time.
Keep the burner on medium or slow mode.
Use pressure cooker as it takes less time thus less LPG.
Use 3 liter cookers for small family instead of 5 litter
cookers.
For Open utensils use lid to maximize cooking efficiency.
Keep the regulator off when not in use.
Bring the frozen food to room temperature before cooking
them.
